I have always been a runner, but once LB came to town, I started integrating classes into my weekly workout routines. I had never been able to really change the shape of my body with just running. LB makes me feel so strong! I became more lean, tone, and confident. After a running injury shortly after the birth of my second child, I continued classes and added training sessions with Amber. Despite being unable to run, and ultimately needing a knee surgery, I bounced back from that pregnancy way more quickly than with my first. Now I'm expecting my third child and this time I plan to keep both LB classes and training sessions throughout my pregnancy. I am confident I will feel even stronger throughout my pregnancy and afterwards.
