I don’t like to workout. I also hate running. But, as a healthcare professional, it's hard to justify not working out. Going to the gym was always such a chore. There's always lots of sweating, and with showering the whole thing can take 3 hours--who has time for that?! I loved barre from the first time I tried it, especially the fact that you can still get a workout without sweating. So, the fact that I can go back to work or about my day was a huge bonus. I don’t think I have ever in my life looked forward to any kind of workout and I definitely look forward to these classes so that definitely says something! :)
