  • A complete 45-minute full-body workout for mom, featuring focused sequences, purposeful movement, and props chosen by the Barretender, while baby stays nearby on a blanket on the mat or in a baby seat mom brings along.

  • After class, help yourself to the seltzer on tap, recover in a compression therapy chair, and or just unwind in our cozy Living Room with other new moms.
