Policies

Cancellation Policy

  • All class cancellations must be made at least 12 hours prior to the class start time. An "early cancel" (outside of the 12-hour cancellation window) will not affect your account. If the cancellation is made within the 12-hour period before the class start time, it is considered a "late cancel", and the class will be removed from your account. Clients with a monthly membership will be charged the current drop-in rate. 

Class Etiquette

  • Grippy socks must be worn in class.

  • Please be mindful of others. No mobile phone usage during class. Cell phones are not allowed in studio and all phones should be silenced in lockers. 

  • No food and non-hydrating beverages allowed in our studio.

  • Please no strong perfumes or scented lotions as some of our clients may be allergic.

  • Please be mindful of the classes that are in session.

  • Please let us know of any injuries or pregnancies. 

  • Clients will not be permitted to enter class after 15 minutes from the start time.

  • Personal belongings should be stored in lockers. No bags or purses are allowed in studio.

Wait List Policy

  • If moved into class from the wait list, the client must answer the email or text message sent to their profile info to CONFIRM the spot. Clients who do not confirm or cancel at least 12-hours before the class start time will be considered a "late cancel" and will result in a loss of one class for package clients or current drop in rate for unlimited monthly clients. 

Freeze Policy

  • Clients may freeze their monthly membership for a medical reason only without being subject to a fee.
