  • Our Normatec 3 Compression Recovery Boots are available daily following all scheduled classes and can be booked through the Local Barre app or with a Host team member at the front desk.

    Pre-booking is not required; however, we highly recommend reserving your session in advance to ensure availability at your preferred time.

    Each Compression Recovery Boots session includes:

    • 20 minutes of compression therapy

    • Time before and after your session to comfortably get settled and remove the boots

    • Access to our dedicated recovery seating area for relaxation

  • All Compression Recovery Boot bookings are subject to our cancellation policy:

    • No-Show Fee: $15

    • Late Cancel Fee (less than 12 hours notice): $10
