Our Private sessions and classes are crafted to meet your needs and desires. We offer the benefits of core strength training, high intensity interval training, and flexibility/mobility training. You will learn how to properly set-up your form and be able to successfully maneuver through Barre positions that support the strength training of your body.

And we’re "bump" friendly.

Belly up to the Barre by yourself or organize a small group session for a Private class. Whatever your desires are, we are here to serve you and make sure you have a successful journey with us!
